Travel “Egg” Badges

In Slavic culture, there is a tradition of decorating eggs. While traditions vary nationally, when you travel through these countries, you can find all sorts of beautifully decorated eggs. In a spin on a typical badge style illustration, these were shaped to mirror the recognizable egg shape of that old tradition. They are then decorated with common patterns, colors and shapes found within their national culture, such as Polish pottery or Croatian textiles.
